Which image formats can I convert?
JPG, PNG and WebP into each other, HEIC into JPG, PNG or WebP, AVIF into JPG or PNG, and JPG, PNG or WebP into AVIF. Resizing, compressing, cropping, rotating and removing metadata work on JPG, PNG and WebP files and keep the format.
Do my images leave my device?
No. Every image tool runs in your browser, so the file stays on your device from the moment you choose it to the download of the result.
What are the size limits for images?
Up to 50 MB per file and up to 50 megapixels, one image per job. A very large image can still be more than your browser has the memory to decode.
Does converting or compressing cost quality?
That depends on the output. PNG is lossless, so nothing further is lost. JPG, WebP and AVIF are lossy and come with a quality setting: 90 by default for a conversion to JPG or WebP, 75 for AVIF, and 70 for compressing. Removing metadata does not re-encode the image at all.
Do I need an account?
No. The image tools work without signing up and without installing anything.
