Convert JPG to PDF
This tool turns JPG photos into a single PDF, one page per image, in the order you arrange them. Each photo is embedded exactly as it is rather than re-compressed, so a scan stays as readable in the PDF as in the original file. The document is built in your browser, and your photos are never uploaded.

Questions
- How many photos fit into one PDF?
- Up to 30 files per job, each up to 50 MB and 100 MB together, and up to 2000 pages in the finished document.
- Does the PDF lose image quality?
- No. A JPG is embedded byte for byte. The one exception is a photo that stores its rotation in the EXIF data: it is re-encoded once so that it stands upright in the PDF.
- Can I keep the page size of my photos?
- Yes, that is the default: the page takes the shape of the photo. A4 or Letter, portrait or landscape and a margin of up to 50 mm are there when you need a fixed format.
- Is my photo uploaded to a server?
- No. The PDF is built in your browser; the files never leave your device.
