Extract PDF pages
This tool keeps the pages you name and writes them into one new PDF: the single chapter out of a manual, one invoice out of a monthly batch, the page that carries the signature. The result is a single document, which is the difference to splitting, where every page becomes its own file. Pages are copied exactly as they are, in your browser, and your document is never uploaded.

How it works
- 1 Choose a PDF file.
- 2 Name the pages you want to keep, for example 1-3,7.
- 3 GRID16 writes the chosen pages into one new PDF in your browser.
- 4 Download the file.
Questions
- How do I write the page selection?
- Single pages and ranges, separated by commas: 1-3,7 keeps the first three pages and page seven.
- Do I get one file or one per page?
- One file holding the chosen pages, in document order. When you want a separate file per page, the tool for that is Split PDF.
- Are the extracted pages changed?
- No. They are copied as they are, so text, images and formatting stay untouched and nothing is re-encoded.
- Is my document uploaded to a server?
- No. Extracting happens in your browser; the file never leaves your device.
